For SKSE Get Out Of My Way - Push NPCs is similar to this mod, you cannot grab NPCs unfortunately But I have no idea what the mod Kevin is using

Sorry, forgot about this. It's HIGGS and PLANCK. You need both, but specifically, you need to go into PLANCKS ini file and enable ragdoll for living npcs. You need to set the option to "1" and set the health threshold to some arbitrary number (can't remember if it needs to be low or high.)

I'm pretty sure HIGGS and PLANCK were made specifically for Skyrim VR to add physical interaction with the world.
