Game 2: you had gas leftover on the first bust. If you are baneling bust, morph all your gas into banelings. Or you could have busted them earlier, when you had less gas, so they had less army to begin with. You need to get some of the Terran economy with the first bust. Otherwise you are on equal bases with a Terran; so behind. On the second bust you had enough to start a 3rd and a 4th hatch before attacking, you had more than enough minerals. It's always good to couple expanding with attacking. If you are relying on banelings for actual attacking and not just busting you need baneling speed. Once you saw the push you were too slow to morph units. You could have more lings and more banes; you went for hydras while they didn't even have their upgrades up.

On the first match vs P: You didn't pull from gas so an early evo could have been started right after the lair. Ling speed was also a possibility - roach-ling is better than pure roach, generally you want to have heterogeneous unit compositions against Protoss. And speedlings are great reinforcing units. You prioritized starports but it would have been better to kill the pylon first (so no void rays can pop) and then the starports. Your ravagers could try corrosive-biling those voidrays, they were sitting ducks most of the time. You said you needed gas but then you had a new base with 2 geisers that you didn't put extractors on top of. You knew carriers were coming so getting carapace would have been a good idea. In this particular case hydralisk/corruptor would have worked better. Did you start air upgrades at all? Hydras target the void rays, corruptors target the carriers. Shroud would have been great in this match, they had no splash of any kind. You could have used speedlings for runbies, you needed gas and their main had no static defense. Rally them to their main and let them do their thing.

You are unable to spend your minerals because you aren't expanding. The zerg is designed to be a swarm. If you are equal with Terran or Protoss in bases - you are way behind.
