Thrush S2-R Spreading Seed

This is a dual cockpit Thrush S2-R with a Pt6 -45 on the nose. This is an awesome airplane to fly and the big engine really pulls it around with authority. Unfortunately most of the video I shot in this plane was ruined by windshield glare and this is one of the better videos but there is still quite a bit of glare. This field also has a 350' hill right on the end of it. You will notice my wing barely clearing the trees on top of the hill. Hopefully I will get to fly this plane again in the spring and I will try to get some better video then.

Nice video. My Dad has a video on KZbin titled "cropdusting in south Texas". He retired this past season. He last flew a Thrush 600. Like your other videos too.

I had a brain fart when I was uploading. This plane has a -45 on it, not a 60. The 45 and the 60 make the same power up to a certain temp but on really hot days the 60 will make more power.

I still live in Arkansas. I primarily fly in Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky and Tenessee. Where I work depends on the time of year.
