Do the rotary switches have 2 assignable function per switch or just 1 per switch ?

Yes you can assign 2 function to each rotary switch (one in clockwise and another anticlockwise direction)

What wheel base do you use? Do you reccomend a budget but a good one ( with force feedback!! )

I use Thrustmaster T300 RS GT Edition. Good for intermediates and sufficient force feedback
