Yes bro, i have tried this steering wheel on F1. Its very sensitive and not easy to control but if you concentrate on the car and the wheel position, you can drive well. I haven’t got the time to do the video for F1 2020 with my thrustmaster T80. Will do one day and share the video link.

you need to try the f1 wheels for f1, amazing difference. they are much more responsive and obv built just for that, thrustmasters f1 wheels really are renowned.

Try to connect your steering to the pc and download this driver --> Unified Drivers Package - 2018.FFD.2 from support.thrustmaster.com/en/product/t80ferrari488gtbedition-en/ Double check if your steering is ok or not.

Both also nice mate. Gran Turismo is abit slow pace race and f1 is very quick. You will need to concentrate more when comes to F1 racing but both games are fun mate

Hey brother. It is a good wheel for F1 2020 and 2021. Im currently driving using this T80 wheel and no issues so far. The steering is abit sensitive on the straights, but driving in a real F1 car should be the same. Just have to keep practicing brother, and you will get there. Msg me anytime if you need help, will try my best to help and guide you. Also, if you can afford better wheels, go for Thrustmaster T300. You can enjoy the force feedback while racing. My current thrustmaster T80 ferrari gtb edition doesn’t have a force feedback but still enjoyable to drive

Hori looks promising bro and its newer than thrustmaster T80 ferrari edition. I would choose hori because its a newer model but just worry on the compatibility. Thrustmaster steering can support F1 2020, 2021 and possibly 2022. Also supported in Gran Turismo. Just need to double check if hori wheels can support all this

Hi mate, just checked the comparison between hori wheel apex and my current thrustmaster T80 wheel (www.bestadvisor.com/amp/racing-wheels/hori-racing-vs-thrustmaster-t80) For me, Thrustmaster is good wheel for beginner. I learned alot using this wheel. Not difficult to install, just plug and play. You connect the usb cable from the thrustmaster to Ps4 or pc (need to install extra software/driver) and then you are good to go. I have used it for more than a year now and i have some issues with the alignments. But this wheel is prone to wear and tear, and its the cheapest wheel on market. So i guess its still worth it. Thats my review for thrustmaster. Based on the comparison, hori wheel have slightly more advantage and worth trying mate. Its bit cheaper than thrustmaster as well.

Yes mate, it’s a good steering. Worth buying it. I’ve set the difficulty level to the max, no abs, and zero traction. That’s the reason the wheel spins alot but its fun to drive and you can go few seconds faster. Did some mistake at lap 2 and 3 at the first corner but managed to catch back. You should get one mate. Hey Julia, I guess the steering wheel settings has gone off. Let me check my settings then i get back to you. In the meantime, help me to verify if the steering wheel is ok. We need a pc/laptop to do this. First, download the driver for this steering: support.thrustmaster.com/en/product/t80ferrari488gtbedition-en/ 2nd: Plug in the steering wheel to the usb port and then go to Windows Start, Look for Thrustmaster. You will see two things there, one is Control Panel and another one is Uninstall. Open the Control Panel and the Game Controllers box will appear with the status OK for our Thrustmaster Steering. 3rd: Click Properties and test out all the buttons, pedals. The software will animate when you press something on the steering. Try turning the wheel left to right. If the X-Axis is moving left to right according to the steering, the wheel is good. Help me to confirm this on your side. I will double check the settings for Gran Turismo.

There will be a red LED light on the steering. Is it blinking ? If it blinks, Then the steering will act as game/playstation controller. The Red LED must not blink, then the steering wheel will work perfectly

For gran turismo is good resistance, It’s like driving in a real car. For F1 2020, its very light. You steer abit to the left and the car is out of control but it’s still fun to play and makes you a better sim racer

It works perfectly for F1 and good for beginners. This steering wheel is perfect to master the F1 2020 game. Still playing everyday at the moment and no issues so far. The driving experience wont be as easy as Gran Turismo but its very fun and makes you a better sim racer one day

I can't believe that having such a good simulator you have a steering wheel as bad as the guy, that simulator deserves a t300 at least !!!! Cheers

T300 was off my budget at that time but definitely will get a good one after this. Im still new to Sim Racing and that’s the reason why i get the T80 wheels first. Thanks for the recommendation, will improve on my next videos 😃

The thrustmaster t80 doesn’t come with shifter but yeah, it will be nice if we have a shifter. Will upgrade in future when i have the money 🥳
