Thank you for your birthday wishes and thank you for all your comments. As to your point about Greek mythology, I absolutely get your point and on the surface women seem to get a bad deal. But Robert Graves, for example, might argue that the nature of many of our myths has changed. If I have understood Robert Graves correctly, he is suggesting that original myths were changed, as society moved from being matriarchal to patriarchal. This change-over might have happened really early - perhaps around 1000 BC or even earlier. So the original myth, for example around Medusa, might have been very different and might have put her in a different light. So perhaps if we use mythology to understand astrology, we have to dig deeper, into the real origins of the core myths. And this might mean cutting through the prejudices of some of the people who created or adjusted the myths.

Hi Archie, I also saw Bob Dylan in Sheffield 2006. A friend was let down, by the person she was going to the concert with. She invited me to go with her, I thought free ticket, why not? He was absolutely terrible, he mumbled through all his songs I didn’t recognise any at all, the only positive was that I didn’t pay for the ticket. However 3 years later someone bought me a Bob Dylan greatest hits CD for Christmas. With great reluctance I played it and was amazed, I absolutely loved it, maybe Dylan is better on recordings rather than live? I am now a fan! Loved the info re your Horoscope, happy birthday. 🎉 (and your dogs) I would love to be able to delve deeply into my chart, I am not that talented. 🙂

That does make sense. Dylan seems to sound better on tape than live. I am sure you can get to grips with your chart. It will be a good exercise. But try to be systematic and I would recommend that to begin with you use as few points in the chart as possible. Keep it simple.

Happy Birthday! Interesting indeed that Jupiter moves into a new sign every year, often before June. I learned this through your video when you mentioned your chart has Jupiter in Pisces. I’m 1 year older than you with a 28 degree Saturn/Jupiter conjunction in Capricorn, yet before June in 1961 it moved into Aquarius…then by May 30th 1962 went into Pisces! Ah Ha..I learned something new today regarding the movement timing of Jupiter. Again, happy happy birthday to you! 💕

There is a cycle to Jupiter's movement, complicated by its retrograde motion. At the moment the sign changes are happening May/June. You being born on the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction means that you were really locked into the new cycle. Perhaps you are sensitive to the Jupiter-Saturn cycle in general?

Neptune in the 7th house is special at the bend of the nodes and squares Saturn. The Grand trine in Water signs is made of Venus, Jupiter, and Neptune, with harmonious, benefic, and artistic flowing energy. I think that if you really want to learn music, you can. Music is just sounds, ruled by Mercury, related to linguistics and mathematics which you appear to excel. I am also Mars Rising with the Moon a few degrees above, opposing Neptune, which is close to my descend. But my Mars is in Gemini, different from your Mars Rising in Taurus. I, too, prefer being alone to dealing with people. I miss the COVID times. 😅 I don't think that your Saturn conjunct SN means that your astrology is not reputable. Saturn is the time. For introverts like us I don't think it was much of a trauma. With Moon and Mars rising it is always a good idea to check where they actually are. My Moon is in the 12th House, but it was actually below the horizon when I was born.

It is the Last-Quarter Moon (almost Balsamic), which (according to Wikipedia) rises between 12am-3am and sets between 12pm-3pm. My Moon is also in the 12th house but is the crescent Moon, rising around 9am. It was above the horizon at my birth.

The chart of my previous dog, same breed, seemed to work quite well, even though I didn't have a time of birth. Her death was indicated by the chart... she died at around the age of 13 and a half. So the charts of pets can be a serious business.

Thank you for the interpretation. I do think that my Jupiter in Pisces is somewhat isolated... in the sense that it finds it difficult to be part of a wider community. For example, I found it pretty much impossible to integrate with the wider astrological community. Except when conflict was on the agenda. That was the case in the early 1990s, when I enjoyed being part of an ideological struggle in the astrological community. But when there is harmony it can be difficult for me to function.

Chiron is the wounded healer, so it is the blind spot. No wonder we don't understand it until the wounds do get healed and the Blindspot disapears. A lot of "disabilities" have to do with trauma. Thank you for the good wishes. There were loads of things that I could have said about my chart but I had limited time. Just because I didn't mention something doesn't mean I am not acknowledging it. Still that is a very good point about the dog and my North Node, thanks. It seems that she is meant to be with me, and she certainly hits a few raw nerves. She wants attention ad she wants to be special - and yes, she is proud and outward going.

But there is general application. Just because someone is fascinating doesn't mean other people will find them fascinating. With famous people there is often a shared reference. If I do a video about Catherine Princess of Wales far more people will watch it than if I put out a video about my great uncle who was killed in the First World War - even though to me my great uncle is far more interesting than Catherine.
