Thank you. I have a thumb sprain injury accrued about a month ago and am recently starting physical therapy. Despite wearing a hand brace and taking medication, I'm still feeling pain around my thumb and have stopped doing upper body exercises (push-ups, weights) which I miss. I feel your video will help me.
