Also I forgot to add that you have to go a layer above everything on ibis paint after adding the border on Picsart,switch to an airbrush, color it white and just increase the size and reduce the opacity a little and colour the pic😔 So that’s why the thumbnail looks a little different from the one in the viddie!!
