@@terrellx3761 yeah the story was far from perfect. Arrow got 8 seasons because it was consistently good and the plot made sense. Black lightening put too much focus on the wrong villains and storyline, which is why it got tired. Plot and storyline were all over the place. Arrow was consistent. It’s literally the best of all the arrowverse.

Black lightening season 1 was good but as a whole it lacked in telling the story of black lightening. Grave digger and the cross over in season 3 helped it, but the writers ruined it by going back to the Tobias storyline

I really wished we got to see Thunder’s power evolve. I feel like her breathing technique was holding her back and was her only trigger. She should have learned to trigger her powers outside of holding her breath; Then her new super suit would have been earned. Anyway, time for some fanfics

I feel exactly the same. They could go ANYWHERE with her character and make evolutions. Like maybe she doesn't have to even hold her breath anymore but could just focus on why the breathing helps. Maybe it's just her flexing her muscles after holding her breath? Idk just shooting out ideas lol. But at the same time that could cause power creep which has killed many shows.

I don't understand that when she broke the sink in the bathroom her hands lit up orange and for the rest of the show we never see this effect again when she activates her superstrength. I think they did the breathing thing so the viewers would kno when she's activating her powers, but I don't like that they made it to where she has to hold her breath or her powers won't work.
