Have you tried acupuncture? There is a small tool they use to reset small bones that may be out of line causing the tinnitus. I had a serious head injury, one of the resulting issues were massive migraines. Made me super sensitive to light, sound, nausea, sporadic ringing in my ears with a major vestibular disorder affecting my ballance, vision and depth perception problems and of course headaches. Felt like a great big spike was pounding through my head. After many years and stronger meds I finally went to a chiropractor. She fixed me up with one session, all symptoms went away and never came back.. You could talk to one, see what they may be able to do for you.

It is really raining outside here in the country with you staying in with your family as it rains, you and your family are sitting near window watching the raindrops splashing on the ground in front of your house until it time to go to bed and the sound of the rain will have you asleep in no time so have a good night y'all.🏘️🌧️
