Ensure the RF laser tube is secure if your machine isn't new. Protect it during the move and remove protection afterward.
Here's how:
#1:Remove the honeycomb panel and dropout tray to prevent damage during transport.
#2:Power off and detach the warning light for safer passage.
#3:Note cable positions when disassembling for easy reassembly.
#4:Unscrew the six fixing screws on the machine's bottom to separate the main body from the base.
#5:Optionally remove side door panels to reduce weight.
#6:Detach all wires and the exhaust pipe.
Separate the main body and base to move them through the door, then reassemble at the destination.

I'm considering the Bolt Pro 22 model. The bedroom where I want to place it only has a 29" wide door. Can the Pro 22 be broken down to the base unit, positioned on a dolly and be safely rolled through the doorway, then be reassembled once inside the room?

yes. It can be disassembled by unscrewing the screws.
