The subtitles and tags really add to the video. Fantastic work and great flying!

Thank you! A bit more automation and I should have nametags for each speaker in large battles.

Droptanks are great, you either forget you have them on or drop them and forget to switch back to cannons. Awesome video, I keep seeing VR footage and being terribly tempted. Thanks for the link, I should have thought of doing that! I will from now on

I can't go back, but would note my field of view in a PICO4 is narrower than the recording - in a Spitfire it's only about from cannon to cannon where they meet the wings. Headsets with enough resolution to spot GVs and a wide FOV get up there, and middling ones like this that compress and stream the video over USB are like you're recording twice, so you're looking at a bigger GPU... tradeoffs all over. The Elite: Dangerous videos on this channel were with a dirt cheap, DIY headtracker I used for years. Can post instructions if you're interested.

Some beautiful shots from the film viewer there, I know from experience, those are hard to set up and capture, great job! Edit : oh wow, thank you for the link to other films, I'll start doing that myself, nice idea

Thanks, man. Yeah, AHFilm is an ordeal. If they let me I want to patch it to export object positions and import camera motion from Blender. No worries on the link. YT search seems to jumble everything up and sprinkle Maiden on it, so I hope this helps preserves the context over time. 15km is such a small window to make sense of a battle.

Hey, thanks! :) Been using Resolve's built-in auto-subtitler, but looking for one that doesn't think we're spitting on ponies half the time. Will let you know if I find one.
