THUNDERCATS 2011 is so much superior than Thundercats 1987! Art Direction, characters development, it isnt about violence..some chapters have a lot of meaning cause it teaches values!! Daniel Norton, Ethan Spaulding and Michael Jelenic are true Genious!!

I think Panthera is my new favorite female characer in this one, solo, but still one series of this show, reboot or not, after Cheetara and Pumyra at least, she is smart and strong, tough and fiery, compassinate and kind, sweet, very beautiful and gorgeous, like smoking hot gorgeous. Plus, like Pumyra later, she falls for a very good man, Leo/Lion-O. Like his brother, Tygra as well with Cheetara I think. I think that is actually kind of sweet. True Romance among the stars above Third Earth, even during an unending war for the sake of all creation, in this case at least, I guess.

Honestly, I suspect that while Mumm-Ra is responsible for many atrocities, destroying civilizations, enslaving the other animals, all in an effort to bring order to the galaxy, I can't help but see a tiny fraction of humanity in him, in regards to Leo. He seems to trust him the most and in talking of a rebellion, I think either he meant being the first to die, as in cannon fodder, or worry of losing his most trusted lieutenant. There's even a moment where Mumm-Ra looks back when Leo was still his commander and says that Lion-O isn't even half the warrior Leo was. So in a way, Mumm-Ra still fondly remembers and respects Leo on a warrior basis since he was the only one who defeated him in combat. I think this Mumm-Ra was a well written villain overall.

They where about to do a crossover on the show with the Silver Hawks and Tiger Sharks if they didn’t cancel the show. Damn I wish Hulu would pick up the series. If DC can do it for Young Justice and make it for mature audiences so can Hulu.
