Hello sir.. Just want to let you know that.i am currently living in odisha tibetan settlement..I felt bad when u stated we were mental tortured at our home which is not true. Yes it is true that we are fined if we don't wear mask but it's for our own good and such rules are made for us only to be safe.what u heard is an opinion from few who are yet to know the seriousness of the killer disease...n lets not leave the the majority public....I came across people and many shows disagreement with what u stated in todays video regarding odisha settlement...yes I agree that some incident regarding the collection of 500rs was not 100% acceptable yet acceptable....If rules are made,it must be followed..n people are warned prior to that...one ,two incident regarding the fine was funny which I agree but believe me letting us wear mask during this pandemic is not a mental torture instead a help which is very much needed in this community. I know what u r saying is just an opinion from ur side...n I am here writing mine...leaders here are trying to be responsible with their position...our shichak is small and pretty...we applaud our leaders who go out, receive backlash, and still carrying on with their service..... Sir it's true we are not comfortable with wearing mask but we also want to live healthy n keep our loved ones happy.... Ps:odisha tibetan settlement public are hurt today. -tsogyal -odisha settlement is in district gajapati which isn't a green zone anymore...New cases emerge everyday...let's wear mask for our own safety.

I think you got the wrong information about odisha phuntsoklling settlement. I am from odisha and I think they have taken right step at the right time, for a fact you should know that the cases are going up and it’s really good that they made some rules for the people to follow. And it’s not like people are not allow to go out, they can go out but they must follow the timings and if you are going out you must wear a mask. ( it’s such a simple thing to follow.) Whoever must have told you about odisha might not have given you the complete information.🙏
