Hi dudes, greetings from Mexico, so i think as pepe said, if you dont have any old versions of viera o thuram, is a no brainer, ive been grinding coins and saving money for packs like this, and i got the three of them in five spins, in the very first i got xabi, so that make me nervous lol, then in my second spin i got thuram, and I started panicking, but fortunately in the fifth comes this demi god vieira and oh boy this giant delivers, also xabi is very good but i said this because i really dont have a player like him, amazing passing, his pace is really good for a cmf

i have destroyer vieira and got the new one. after trying it out i like destroyer vieira at dmf cuz he’s so agreessive and wins everything in the middle and this one is insane at cb so fast with really good defensive skills

I never had Thuram or Xabi Alonso since the old PES days. Viera I only had the OG legend card many many years ago when dinosaurs used to roam the Earth. So yeah. I went all in. Started off well with Thuram but then I had to go in deep for Viera as I got Xabi Alonso next.

Hi! Just press sprint twice when dribbling in a direction. You can also use it before a player gets the ball to sharp touch into a different direction.

Hey! Usually, I favor speed over acceleration too, especially because I currently play long ball counter. The reason why I went for 10 dexterity and lower body strength for the last build is because you'll get 1 acceleration point for free due to the +3 manager boost. To get it for speed, lower body strength would require 11 instead of 10 points though, if I went for that, I'd be short of 1 allocation point, which I'd then have to remove somewhere else. I totally see where you're coming from though, going 8 dexterity and 10 lower body strength would avoid the allocation issue (but have no +3 manager boost, resulting in 87 for both acceleration & speed instead of 85 speed 90 acceleration), but is a perfectly valid build too. Will cover more ground if he's running longer straight distances as you said, and also have a bit more stamina on top. I think the 90 acceleration with the extra point can be a little advantage in tight situations, since whenever you have to turn or match up next to a player, acceleration matters a bit more early. It's really nuances, good input from you though, thanks for that, completely understand🙏

Yes, acceleration should help him without the ball. For some reason, it only matters when off the ball. When a player has the ball, I think (I hope I remember correctly) it's dribbling & player height that are responsible for the accelerating part of dribblings, there has been a very nice Reddit post about this, if you're interested, it's a good read: www.reddit.com/r/eFootball/comments/1eaegyx/relationship_between_attributes_and_ball/ The build you mentioned is fine too I'd say, some people prefer a bit less defensive stats in favor of other stats, absoluely nothing against that👍

If so, he is alright, the new one is better of course, but your card is still nice. Very hard to say whether you should spend coins though. I actually think either choice is fine in your situation, it'll depend on your financial situation I guess. Not doing it because you already have this Vieira is OK, but also spending to get the upgrade + a possible Thuram would be absolutely understandable. Just my opinion though🙏

@@PESPepe yep thats the Vieira i have. Im a f2p player and had been saving up coins for phenomenal finishing Rumminigge when he comes 😅. But my defending has been so poor lately, so I'm kinda tempted to spend 5k coins i have on this pack if it really improves my defense.

As long as you are able to spend 13500 if necessary it should be fine, with 5000 you could end up with nothing.

Press acceleration button twice instead of holding it, so the player pushes the ball further away and runs with faster pace

Homa explained it very nicely (thanks!), one little thing to add: If you have the circle indicator on, it will turn into 2 circles when you do a sharp touch. This way you can see that it worked if you don't notice it from the ball (which you probably will, it's quite obvious)😄

I have pots Rodri and potw zakaria in my midfield. Rodri is an anchor man and intercepts very well but is too slow and zakaria is simply complete he does it all but not to the extent as some of cards. I have 12000 coins is the viera pack worth it.

Good question, I mean theoretically, the new one is pretty much strictly better. I probably wouldn't do it though because I could never get back the memories and stats of the old card, whereas I can always get new skills for the new one. If you really want to do it, make sure the skills are actually needed since they both have different ones so you don't end up losing some when they'd overlap.

I'd use shutdown to give him speed & defensive stats, but he'd probably work with others too. Don't know if he can get to 104, I found that you can get him to 103 but that's a very suboptimal passing build.

I'd personally probably not try further. Imagine there'll be another pack with a great defender + other great players, you'd have a chance to get that one, to get whatever else is in the pack and also get to use it next to Thuram, whereas if you get this Thuram, you can't play him next to the old one. Just my opinion though!

That's because the game only shows the rating for his registered position, which is RB. If he was registered as CB, it would show either 107 or 108.

Thuram is the only good one.. Xabi is mainly passing.. vieira is a elephant.. not flexible. Davids is much better in getting balls from feet. and hes not destroyer. Also a little to weak for cb. Makelele and Davids much better on dmf. I had old thuram. This one is a little improvement.

I built both Thuram and Vieria totally different. There is a lot of points wasted here in defending. After 90 there is no difference. But hey whatever works for you. 💪🤙
