GO 29 is a part of scheme of examination. GO 55 was amended by GO 29 which was part of State Services Subordinate Rules. Yeppudaina State Services Subordinate Rules ni, scheme of examination ni Prelims kakamundu amend cheyyali. Exam ayyaka amend cheste retrospective effect untundi. GO 29 unconstitutional ayinappudu danni base chesukoni jarigina ye process ayina adhi unconstitutional and illegal ye avutundi. Andaru Deependra Yadav judgement ni quote chestaru but akkada Prelims exam ni patha rule tho with reservations conduct chesaru kaani vallu middle of the notification, reservation ki against ga oka kotha rule techchi Prelims results declare chesaru. Ante kotha rule illegal ayyindi kabatti akkada notification lo unna patha rules automatic ga apply ayyayi. Ikkada old notification lo GO 55 ni GO 29 tho amend chesi unte, patha GO 55 prakaram Prelims relist ki chance undedi. But veellu GO 29 thone new notification ichharu, so no chance of relist. GO 29 cancel ayite danni base chesukoni ichchina Notification kuda cancel avutundi Look if you go by law, it is difficult to sustain this notification. But if they can manage judiciary like how we've witnessed. Anything is possible!! Note: But I urge everyone to attend all Papers of Mains Exam. Eppudu yetla judgement istaro telvadu

Mahipal Garu DOESNT understand the point. Most of the candidates are agitating because in the G1 prelims reservation (Non-Creamy Layer) & womens/ph etc. was not taken into account according to G.O. 29. Even Kapil Sibal pointed out in the Supreme Court that thousands of candidates didn't get the opportunity to write the mains exams. That's why he highlighted the Deependra Yadav case judgment, where reservations should be followed throughout the selection process from prelims to mains and interviews (if applicable). I have come to know that some states are not following reservation in prelims, which is what the TGPSC is arguing, they stated this in G.O. 29. This goes against our Constitution's reservation policies, as outlined in the Deependra Yadav case. Since it is a recent judgment by both the Madhya Pradesh High Court and the Supreme Court, it should be followed. Mahipal Garu, what Narasimha Sir is saying is correct; you are confusing him! , during your recent interview with Prof. Gali Vinod Sir, there was also confusion regarding prelims reservation. Example: To the point: for BC-A (Non-Creamy), there are about 10 vacancies. Did the TGPSC call 10 * 50 = 500? for the mains. The answer is NO, and that is the issue. Of course, there are issues with the final selection of candidates, but that is a secondary concern. If they follow reservation in prelims Cut off will come drastically 60 - 69 and most of the candidates will get chance to write main exams. Next month in HC Kapil Sibal or any advocate petitioners will fight for the implementation of the reservation system, both in prelims and mains! Please correct me if I said something wrong in above content.!
