Thuy tells him he is doing good, and not be too afraid of the pain, otherwise she can't continue and keeps cheering him on. Later his mom asks after these extractions, will they come back in a several days/near future? Thuy explains that he will need at least one more treatment. His mom says Thuy must not have time today to do it all. Thuy explains it isn't about how much time she has, but there's a large amount of extractions needed and many layers to the acne. She explains some medication and face wssh is needed, but specific ones won't come back after being extracted. Thuy mentions his skin is thick and the acne is dense and deep. His mom says his friends/other children around his age also have bad acne. Later his mom complains he won't use medication or face wash, and Thuy explains to him why he should do it, so his acne will be cleared. The video ends with Thuy saying, okay done on this side. I'm assuming they will continue another day or after he has a break.

As these pores age, or stay left alone, the contents seem to harden, yellow and break through the surface of the skin, becoming scab like in appearance.
