At one point, I was living deep in the San Fernando Valley and the building I was living in had new ownership and was basically turning the place into a pig sty. I also wasnt receiving issues fixed in the apartment that they created during their renovation before I moved in. Thanks to a bandmate while on the road giving me advice on how to handle it, I was able to not only get out of my contract, but also received my full deposit back from them without any issue.
