THX trailers that were EXTREMELY rare to find for years!

I think there is a prototype of the VHS Broadway trailer of THX, it only appeared in the 1997 DVD release of Night of the Living Dead. It appears in the key of E, and it has the “Mastered and duplicated” slogan. Chances are it could be dated back to 1994/95. There is a recording of it, but it’s not directly captured.

Version 2 releases uses the Broadway DVD trailer with the DVD pitch.

I think the only thing I see is one of the VHS tapes I owned is Monsters Inc. and the fact that THX Tex 2: Moo Can was on this VHS tape, it must’ve gotten pretty rare, the only trailer for THX is for the Monsters Inc. VHS tape I used to own. No wonder why this trailer has gotten so rare! 😂

I had been trying to find a THX trailer myself, and that bring the storyboard version of the Les Rivieres Pourpres trailer. Thankfully someone found a link to a existing video showing someone avtually going through the trailers of the Trailers DVD that contained the storyboard varient of the trailer.

How is the monsters inc vhs opening rare did they remove it in later VHS releases?

Tex 2: Moo Can was only available on the Monsters, Inc. VHS. Broadway was used on all of the other THX-certified VHS tapes.
