Hopefully the man is able to fish more often and increase his income with the new boat and motor. I've seen many coastal people in the Philippines who have hair that has turned red or light brown from a mixture of the seawater and sunshine.

Im not so sure about him using the oxygen tank,must be experienced and the cost of the oxygen, can he make enough to pay for the refill and the maintenance of the tank,it must be maintained quiet often incase of leaks.
