There is a point saying it because you can not going into a race like that where so many can improve out of nowhere and you have very little form to work from. I genuinely hope It's For Me wins, contrary to popular belief, we all actually really like each other and are delighted when any of us win. But we are allowed have an opinion on races. Be bit of a shit show if we all just agreed with everyone.

Allegorie de vasy is still very raw, could see her losing this year then improving loads next year and being a proper open company grade 1 horse. She'd be interesting in a king george for instance and I could see her doing a colreevy and beating the boys at punchestown this season. Loads and loads of ability but still unfurnished, I have no doubt she's the best horse in that mares chase. But the best horse doesn't always win when they aren't streetwise enough.

My only question mark on It's For Me, is that Willie Mullins has about 40 horses like that every year that win bumpers on the bridle or by decent margins so unless those in behind are genuine top level then I think the hype isn't justified yet. Also if you look at the yards that were represented in the race then it doesn't indicate a lot of strength in depth which is another concern. However I've backed him at 16s and hope you're right, I'm letting it roll on the day.
