Im trying to get the Harmonized Force ending. But all I get over and over again is the power of Cleansing. Can someone explain that or is that a bug. Help

so i decided after a few months to try platinum this game again after three failed attempts due to bugged trophies. somebody said they did it on a blank account and synced the trophies to the main after they got the plat well Same thing again everything was going smooth until i got to emerald and upon showing her the items. Good listener and Great collector did not pop. fuck this game and the devs for not fixing these trophies waste of my time. Ridiculous, i wonder if you tried it again bush would you have the same issues i literally followed the video by the dot. EDIT i dont know if its a bug but i was just sitting here hating this game and then i seen a new collectible item to the left of the gate before you choose an ending and i picked it up its (Hermes Answer Research Noetebook) i then was able to show both npcs and the trophies popped. I actually dont believe it
