Sir, I think you missed some very critical points in this analysis, these sort of buisness depend on customer coming again and new customer booking their tests online, but in the past few months their quality has declined very much, there are allegations of them giving fake reports and lack of communication/unprofessional ism. Some of the doctors have even stop recommending them, their online ratings are also very low, and most of people book these tests after online recommendations only. Kindly dig a bit more into this and also share your view on this.
