I use selenium supplements and I have raised the head of my bed a little It does reduce the pressures little as fluid is not sitting as much around your eyes Im shocked that this very demoralising and visible disease has very low treatment options.

My eyes feel great! I literally made this 10 min ago. It's really great. Here's what I did: I cut 2 slices of red onions and half an inch of turmeric root (pinky thickness) cut into thin slices. I added about 60ml of filtered water. In a small pot with the lid on, I simmered this on low heat for about 12 min. When it cooled down I put 1 drop of this yellow onion water extract in my eyes. It's really soothing. Feels fantastic. Tomorrow I'm going to do it again! I read several studies on Onion, Turmeric, and green tea extracts for eye inflammation and to treat various eye disorders. Water extracts are safe and because they are cooked the powerful acids are neutralized. I once tried to put diluted raw onion juice in my eyes will never do that again. It burned like hell.....But the cooked juice is really amazing. I also read that cooked organic Rosewater is good for the eyes too. You can make this yourself too. Just never use more than 1 drop at a time, 2 to 3 times a day.

I have been comparing my old photos and me today on my eyes. It always made me speculate why I had large eyes, which I thought was normal at first when I was younger then later on, I tried to do more research about large eyes being normal, blugging eyes was what popped up. I didnt further research, and didnt think nothing of it, and also denied that there was something wrong with my eyes. Also I was made fun of for having large eyes, which is why I had been speculative.
