Bryan Wong's condo manager handled Zong Qing resident's complaint badly. As it is not the security guard's job to retrieve the resident's keys, there was no attitude problem in Jian's part and as Zong Qing was careless in hurting her hand, why is there need to apologise as Zong Qing has no basis for complaint, making something out of nothing.
