This is my new favorite kitchen tool! Day 1 I was going to pressure cook a meat kzbin.infoUgkxG-7WiT7ocumjytOpHDFt632PL0pxXRAg and potato stew, decided I wouldn't eat it that night so I went with a slow cook so I could go to bed and put it away in the morning. I love that versatility! The sauté feature works great and adds tons of extra flavor to dishes, and I can easily sizzle meats in the bottom then deglaze for some restaurant worthy flavors.Big bonus - you can cook a whole frozen chicken in about 2 hours. Amazing! I've seen a couple videos, haven't tried it yet, but I will soon!

I have an old fashioned pressure cooker, it’s about 20 years old and it’s my fave. Curry goat in about thirty minutes! Sometimes I’m lazy and make my oxtail in it. Oh and if I forget to soak my peas the night before.....boom.....that sucker cooks my dry kidney beans in minutes for my rice and peas.

Looks delicious! I really hope to get one of these for my birthday coming up in March. I purchased my pressure pro cooker and I was so excited to make my first pot roast....I put my roast fresh from the market...added all my goodies and pressed roast....30 minutes later I had pulled pork instead of a roast.......the 30 mins was for a frozen roast...mine was thawed out so it would have been an actual roast at 22 mins...not 30....that is how powerful these electric cookers are and THEY ARE AMAZING AND WORTH EVERY PENNY....frozen meats....boom tender as heck in just 30 mins...sweet potatoes...soft and fluff in just 20 mins....LOVE THIS TIA THANK YOU FOR SHARING xoxo
