Nice idea to perform a certain function/calculations at a certain time of day. for ex. if we would like to calculate the daily production or the daily power consumption so we can use OB10 & OB20 in the same way you explained in the video by making a pulse of 2 sec to activate the calculations at a certain time of day (ex. 07:00 am)
@pawel2077 Жыл бұрын
would OB10 not be enough to call that calculation?

Hi is it not possible to have another standard times in you program if you use the Time of Day and or time Delay interrupt? I have coped you project and set the time of day to repeat every minute and it works well. when I run an IEC timer in my main OB1 the time doesn't increase and the timer stays active even if the input is false.

Is it possible that testing it with the PLCsimulation does not work?
@kme81344 жыл бұрын
Hello @hegamurl!! Just a question , where did you learn PLC programming initially? Is there a school that one can attend?
@hegamurl74344 жыл бұрын
Hey Kyle! I learned it a bit in my studies (electrical engineering), but most knowledge is from using PLC's and teaching PLC's. I also went to some PLC courses that are quite helpful... but that I only did when I was already quite experienced

Thanks for the video...very informative. In this video, during those 30s will the OB1 stop running as we have called OB 20 from OB 10 (which has not completely executed its commands in those 30s)
