Hi Jimmy! Could you please explain more clearly what it is you´re trying to achieve with user defined data types and an HMI pop-up? Hi ..I have some doubts .. 1)is %I100.0 is it a physical input address?? Or those address are not available physically available in input cards?? 2)How you map these Tag address to the global DB ?? Using SCL coding ???

1)yes, if you have the hardware setup correctly (input address range 100) then %I100.0 is a real physical input on your input card 2)these tags don’t need to be mapped to a global DB, the whole idea is that you can assign those Input or Output tag structures directly to your functions or function blocks
