but your stop button is also normally open, so how the Power will go to the start button ? you should have normally Close button in the stop. Isn't it ? plz explain.

The stop-button is already inverted on the cabinet, so the normally open contact in the PLC-program will always be closed until you activate the stop-button on the cabinet :)

You are correct. The stop button has a n/c contact block so it will be sending power to the plc input all the time until the button is pushed. At that point the input will go off or "low" and stop the latch circuit to the contactor.
