It's the same Logic in OB1 and the other FC's or FB's , just open the OB1 , and in the right side of TIA Portal , you can find All Standard Instructions in SCL Language ( Bit Logic Operations / Time Operations / Counter Operations /etc. ). i will upload a video to show you how very soon , stay tuned and activate the Button Notifications.
