I have the same problem on my new car. 2 days after delivery 😢. Tata service person said condenser fan motor needs to be replaced. And was told it takes 4 working days to arrive.

Same with me also. 4 days after taking delivery, and charging the car 100% battery range shows 349 km whereas at the time of delivery 100% charge showing 256 km. Now AC not working, throwing hot air. Talked to dealer and he says wait for two days. Funny thing is the software is of Aug 2021. How is it possible that no update released till now in 2023. Toll-free no customer care is throughly useless. Only solution offered is we will tow the vehicle to nearest EV service station. This video may be of help. This shows what quality control is being done by TATA motors

There were defective Fan Lot installed in one batch. For me the issue is same AC stoped working in first trip. The Radiater Fan Changed and after that AC issue resolved even kw/hr also reduced to 112 and getting range upto 230 on highway with AC 25 degree

lol, dude.. AC input on 3 in 1 unit is not Air conditioner input. it is AC charging input cable coming from charging port in the back.
