mojothemigo Really I think the "silliness" is just a result of the translation. It's probably a lot more poetic in the original Japanese. And no, I'm not one of those fucking weeaboos who's all like "HURR DURR AMERICANS RUINING MUH ANIME FUCK I HATE MY COUNTRY". I just understand when you take something out of any language and put it into another, something is usually "lost in translation". That's just how it is. That all aside, I think this is a decent cover of Ai wo Torimodose. Not the best by any means, Masaaki Endoh is much more likely to have that honor, but I enjoy this one all the same. Also, this version of Pegasus Fantasy has me wondering if I should check out Saint Seiya. Was it any good?

Searing guitars, vocals, harmony, rhythm......classic metal...imho, better than the original. Hard to compete with this lineup of established metal musicians. All doing their best work collectively. Impelliterri, Sarzo, Vescera, Travis all nailed it. Much thanks to the original Animetal for their vision and talent. Thought it was a joke initially, but this is a 1st rate metal production.
