It's not scenario 7. There seems to be a timing glitch. Look at Albon's delta at 19:53. The game thinks he's -0.149s behind you (which means he's actually in front of you as far as the game is concerned). Then as soon as you cross the finish line, his delta jumps 2 seconds. The same thing happens with Norris at the end of the last lap. Look at 22:50, and use < and > to move one frame at a time. Before crossing the line, Norris is 2.937s behind you. One frame later, after you crossed the line, he jumps to 5.443s. That's 100% a bug.

This race shows to me again that your My Team teammate seems to not get the optimal strategy at any point, and often goes with the basic suggested strategy. That happens with me a lot as well, where they go for a harder tyre when I know the softer one is (easily) doable.
