I could be wrong on this, but I believe if your transmission is set to manual with clutch, if you don't have an H-pattern shifter and clutch mapped, you can't change gears at all. Can someone confirm if this is actually the case?

The reason why you all can't shift ist maybe because you have the setting that you need a clutch pedal and a manual shifter. I tried in normal manual shift and I can shift up without needing to press any additional button. When in manual shifting with clutch, you need your clutch pedal like when you are doing the manual race start. And you need something like the manual shifter where you can assign the specific gears. You can't simply use gear up or gear down in that mode, which seemed to prevent you all from being able to shift.

You just needed to map each gear to a button. If you don't have an H shifter, you would need to change other buttons. Like 1st gear - X 2nd gear - SQUARE And so on

Generally I agree, but In this case you dont even need a clutch pedal, you can just use the clutch that is assigned for race starts, but you need the shifter where every gear is mapped separately, since gear up und gear down are disabled in this transmission mode.

I just want to give some feedback, hopefully it's constructive. i subed to this channel because of your way of doing videos and your personality, but also and most importantly because of the serious competition in league racing and your strong driving. I just have the feeling that for now, it's more about producing the video that will get the most attention but i really miss the more serious part about actually trying to win races! What's the point in racing than? I'm not trying to hate or so, just try to give feedback because atm i'm loosing interest about the channel which i find a bit sad, because i realy loved it

What's the point in making videos like the way you want if nobody wants to see or nobody watches it or nobody being interested? He has to think about what the future holds for youtube and the content for the channel. Its still entertaining and videos aren't always about winning because it would be boring. Seeing these challenges and different racegame videos is great entertaining and alot of people will be interested in it and that's important because its his daily job icymi.
