He's a quick driver who races on 110 ai, he makes tbe races interesting. He is very aggressive and clearly isn't used to tbe rules on league racing but I understand why he's here.

Dale reminds me of the kid in primary school who was obsessed with rocks and having an arch nemesis whenever he talks about ElRey. Creator Series would be very mundane without ElRey, he's a quick and unorthodox driver much like Montoya or Maldonado. Provides a great racing element for Creator Series.
