All the straight line passing but I still don't think the speed differential is enough. Hopefully better for F1 2016 and hopefully driver skill plays a part. IE Kvyat hitting people, Vettel being able to charge through the field, Rosberg being miles ahead

One thing I've noticed is that you're full throttle in the beginning of the race, and that causes a lot of wheel spin, which turns into a bad start just because you don't have the traction.

I hold the throttle so the red line is half its length & just hold it there till 2nd gear. I usually at least keep up with others.

Sgt Samuel123 You're wrong. You use the first gear half throttle so you don't get to much wheel spin like Ben's getting a lot of times. You don't go full throttle on 1st gear, then you shift up to 2nd and go full throttle (not to fast on the pedal :P) and so on.

A real F1 car launches at about 70% of its RPM, anymore causes excessive wheel-spin and over-heating of the engine. Also having camber/toe for corning purposes will hurt the cars traction off the line, but these settings are usually disregarded as you'll lose more time over the GP than you'd gain from just the start, but in the case of Monaco where grid position can be 9/10ths of the race it can be very helpful.

+Tiametmarduk Do a challenge where you have to: 1) Difficulty must me very easy 2) start at back 3) must be either Manor Sauber or Renunt Objective? See if you can lap the cars once or twice (Easy option is that you can pick any car and start anywhere!) Good Luck

I know it is not what we want to hear, but Jules his death was because of his own fault, he didn't slow down enough for the double yellow flags, of course what happend after he slid of the track was simply being at the wrong place at the wrong time but we should not forget that those flags warn drivers for a reason, it's a real shame it had to cost the life of a person but let's hope people have learned from it
