I can’t say I’ve ever used ride heights as low as you ran in Spa. On a long straight the downforce is going to push the car into the ground causing drag. The amount of sparks your car was producing may well suggest your ride heights are too low. You want some sparks, but not for pretty much the whole lap. Might be worth thinking about or not, up to you ;-)

I know why he doesn’t use them, just stuff like where AI brake check you during a SC (as opposed to damage during regular racing which should not be a flashback). Also creates content I guess lol

@@seddy. If you use flashbacks, bro, you'll start leaning on them every time something doesn't go your way. It'll become a habit to go, 'well, that just ruined my race - flashback.' ...it really wasn't that BS, the AI are always slow through the mid-part of that corner. You just need to be careful, and learn where they're fast, and where they're not around a track. Sometimes I think Ben does these things deliberately to add a bit of drama, instead of just mopping the floor with the AI all the time.

I think Gasly was braking to get back on to race line and hit a later apex on that corner. You came in, on the other race line and hit him instead of him going across you. Because you hit him it gave you the penalty when he was braking. It sucks though.

I also had this problem with AI drivers: as soon as the yellow flag comes up, they are breaking from 300 km/h to 30 by maybe 5 meters. You're not even having a small chance of breaking or avoiding a crash when you're directly behind them. This often made me dnf and made me so angry, an absolute game breaker, especially in mutliplayer. Codemasters should definetily solve/ patch this problem.

The time penalty was for running into another car under safety car conditions, just really unfortunate timing. Basically, Gasly slowed down when the safety car came out to stay under the Delta time and that’s what caused the crash.

I think you should do flashbacks in situations like that, its super unrealistic and the AI's stupidity i feel is ruiningbthe legitimacy if the championship because of the stupid coding the AI has, that in of itself ruins legitimacy of the championship, so a flashback should be acceptable
