I can stare into the eyes of my girlfriend and look into her soul, and tell her how much I love her, and she can do the same thing and the world is OK. All of the shit going on around us; chaos, destruction, hatred, all seems to go away when I am with her, when I'm holding her, and we don't have to say a word, all I need is her beside me, and all she needs is me beside her in each others arms, and warmth from one another can calm a hectic day. This is a truly deep earth rooted lyrical song. When I hear this song it makes me think of a particular woman out there whom somehow brought out of me something so deep & special, I couldn't be with her on sweetest day but she left two sweetest day cards that made me melt. Sometime later I had to make it up to her I took her out for ice cream. At that moment I think our hearts collied into an accelerated collision.
