Interesting idea! Reminds me of one scenario I've always thought of which is "What if Sally Acorn and the freedom fighters were the stars of their own IP separate from Sonic?" The Sonic IP would still exist on its own and the games would remain relatively untouched but instead of having Sonic SatAM and the Archie comics as we know them, they would exist entirely independently from Sonic with Sally as the main hero, Bunnie as her best friend/sidekick, Antoine as the comic relief, Ixis Naugus as the main villain, etc. SatAM and Archie always felt more like Sally's story while Sonic just happened to be there and there's a lot of discourse over how the freedom fighters fit into the Sonic franchise and whether or not there's even a place for them anymore. So, I like to think about what it would be like if they just had their own IP instead of being obscure Sonic spin-off characters.

@Kitare Station I don't know what I like more: The fact that you put a lot of thought into creating an entire universe for a character we know so little of... or the fact that you went as far as to make an entire commercial featuring Tiara as if it were produced in the 1990s. Either way, it looks good.

I wish Sega could make a Sonic game with Tiara as an Alternative Skin, but also have a female VA included with this skin, it would be nice to see & hear a female character with a personality & additude similar to Sonic's without it like being a relative or a gender-swap of Sonic himself.

I agree, that would be rad! The closest thing (sort of) I can think of, is the interpretation of Amy in the Fleetway comics. I think she represents his best traits there, as she's got attitude and personality, without being so abrasive/slightly dickish like Sonic can be in those comics.
