তীব্বত, হিমালয়ের উত্তর প্রান্তে অবস্থিত এক স্বায়ত্তশাসিত অঞ্চল যা গণ চীনের অংশ। "নিষিদ্ধ দেশ" নামে পরিচিত এই অঞ্চলটিতে শত শত বছর ধরে বাস করছে তীব্বতী জনগোষ্ঠীর লোকজন। বাহিরের পৃথিবী থেকে অনেকটাই বিচ্ছিন্ন স্থানটিকে নিয়ে আছে সারা বিশ্বেরই অপার কৌতুহল। আজকে আমরা তীব্বত সম্পর্কে জানা অজানা নানা তথ্যই জানবো।
