my pala showed me this song when i was 8 years old and i’ve loved it since. listening to this masterpiece again today as it’s panchen lama’s 35th birthday tomorrow. our panchen lama was abducted by china when he was only 6 years old, making him the youngest political prisoner in the world. it’s been 29 years since his disappearance…and the world just watches. it‘s a sad day for a sad folk. but we tibetans will never give up. we will remember, resist and return!

I heard this song in a taxi whilst visiting Shangri La, (Yunaan Provence) last month. Found it tonight on You tube. What beautiful memories, what a beautiful song. When I listened Kungas'song, sometime there were restaurant,in a car,shop and monastary. I was trying to get the CD of Kunga,but I was no idea of his name,songs title and his face. I bought many CD,but there were not his CD. My intuition was wrong that time,sorry! I was searching Tibetan music on this KZbin. And I got find him !!!
