Rolungs ,Vetala in Sanskrit wre very common India in the ancient times Mentioned in the Praises of Tar 6th and 21st verses Sir Richard Burton translated Vikram and the Vampire ( Vetala) in the 20th century a la had one as a servant, he never harmed anyone
