50% of Tibet is outside of Tibet, merged with Chinese province of Yunan, Sichuan and Ganzi. Whole of Qinghai is Tibetan with exception of low lying part. All the mountainous region are Tibetan area renamed or merged with Chinese provinces.

In Sikkim we call it Yaksha kamba , yasa gumpa , different regions , Different name..... . . . . . Mostly yaksha kamba is found in northern and few part of eastern Sikkim... It's really expensive and precious we use it as a medicine ❤
