What lvl Need for open doratia?

I think you don't need to be certain level to enter doratia, but i highly suggest you to be atleast level 80 if you're not that experienced in tibiame :)

Do I have to complete all story line cities to unlock the storyline of doratia?

Try speaking with the starting npc at aurea castle, if he doesn't give you directions to doratia then you are missing some story missions. Try doing banuna and see if it unlocks the directions. (Assuming you haven't done it yet)

In this update you can only get Helmet from the quest reward and you can get amulet and ring as a rare drops from monsters.
