Try this beginner aerial silks drop from a knot to test your strength and trust! This backwards drop is hands-free and requires you to climb above your knot to get two loops around your legs. The important thing here is to make sure your legs are together and piked when you are dropping. Putting your arms in a T will catch you on the way down!
