@gmisao7564 go to Mailings tab, click Finish & Merge, mmerfe to printer, select pdf printer or you can directly print it to your printer, then select multiple pages per sheet, then print

How can you do this with numbers in the middle of a sequence without affecting the rest? Example: PP-001-09/08/2024 PP-002-09/08/2024 PP-003-09/08/2024

Also how do you keep the zeros in from of the ascending number? When I put 001 in the boxes below all change to single digits. 2, 3 Instead of 002, 003
