Just benefited from this today, picked up a ticket for the Derby as a Roseburn stand refugee, such a simple idea to improve the atmosphere of games by filling all the seats, Hearts win with increased revenue & the season ticket holder gets some value back for an otherwise unused ticket.

There’s clearly a need to drive this as every game seems to have lots of empty seats, despite them being sellouts. Helps other fans get tickets, puts money back to those who can’t attend and creates a better atmosphere. Win all round…

The club will easily know each time a ST is used at the turnstiles. If, over the course of a season, a ticket is not used at least 75% of the time, it should be released next season to someone on the waiting list. There are far too many empty seats on supposed sell outs
