This Monday, a California jury ordered Bayer-owned Monsanto to pay more than $2 billion to a couple that sued on the grounds that their Glyphosate-based weed killer, RoundUp, caused cancer.
On the same day as the ruling, Bayer admitted Monsanto could have kept lists on key figures, for and against Pesticides, in Europe. France has now opened a preliminary enquiry into the legality of the data collected by Bayer's subsidiary.

Hell YES glyphasate is a time bomb. Most of the hay, wheat, and corn grown are genetically modified to be amune to the killing effect it has on the weeds that normally grow in these fields. Farmers around here like the food crops they grow are possibly "round up ready". Monsanto sells these seeds. Bound by some deal cannot use any other seeds. Farmers, by contract, are not allowed to grow and plant their own seed after two generations the seeds will germinate but produce mutated seeds that are sterile. This targets the reproductive genes of these.plants. We consume these mutated seeds. Are they targeting our reproductivity?

At 39:54, Bayer's possible glyphosate liability is shown as 22 quadrillion dollars in a tweet. It's actually 22 trillion dollars (11,000 x 2 billion = 22 trillion). Not that 22 trillion is a small sum, but it is one thousandth of 22 quadrillion.

I had just been Diagnosed with (NHL) Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma with a 27% success rate of survival being only 21 years of age. It's not just roundup, it's the whole monopoly Monsanto, now Bayer, has over GMO foods. The science on GMO's is still very sketchy. CORPORATE GREED is at the root of all of this.

There are many alternatives to Glyphosate avaiable. My top 5 favorite are: 1. Use of cover crops to reduce weeds. 2. use of Roller Crimper. 3. Soil Steaming or steam weeding. 4. Flame weeding. 5. Use of mulch like wood chips or plastic mulch.

I think I know what's going to happen. Bayer stock price is going to continue to fall. Bayer stock has fallen from $30 to $15 per share over the last year. How low will it go? I think it will half again, down to about $7-$8 per share within the next year as they continue to lose these cases.
