There is a tool in Escape From Tarkov that you can keep in your secure container, and gives you 9 slots of extra space for stims, The Injectors Case. We will go over what each of the injector's effects are in Tarkov, as well as which ones are "obsolete" and have better alternatives. As a bonus, I will show you what I personally carry in each raid in my own injectors case in EFT and why I chose them.

another thing abt sj12, it gives you a hand tremor very early on and it lasts a long time. it can be used to induce a tremor for that jaeger quest to headshot pmcs with a tremor.

best stim combo for running from one side of the map to the other without stoping -L1 and trem - you will need to eat and drink right after but this is how you rush to any place before anyone gets close or need to break contact now

If you're not already aware, chemical part 4 will get you access to a free injectors case, and the 4 part quest line is pretty quick to get through. But to get to it you need to find Skiers flash drives.

I think a lot of players(myself included) use the SJ6 because it doesnt impact your hunger or energy. I don't always get lucky with food and drink spawns and don't love the idea of bringing tons of food into each raid

I still keep the sj6 and trimadol in my injector case, because popping both gives you infinite sprinting stamina for 3 minutes. Very useful if I need to haul buns somewhere, but it does use a lot of energy + hydration.

Maybe they changed it, but the SJ9 doesn't change your thermal profile through a scope in any meaningful way. I tried this out last wipe in offline with a friend and was perfectly visible in multiple areas and in multiple stances, through bushes, etc.

SJ12 is also helpful if you are NOT wearing head phones aka altyn RhysT lshz etc. it increases your hearing range helping to reduce the debuff

Another thing with Strength is Arm Stamina, being able to use stims to boost your arm stam is probably more helpful on a more consistent basis than your weapon not counting to your total weight.

I really never used stims in previous wipes because I didn’t pvp much o ended up just avoiding people and fighting when I had to but with the new recoil I’ve been pvping more and I’m far more successful than I ever was. I now see how amazing stims are and can turn the tide fast lol I keep 3 prop and 3 blue blood standard now

SJ6 is good in combination with trimadol, you can basically sprint for 3 minutes straight if your weight is not red, and on most of the maps it's more than enough. And outside of labs you are very unlikely to get red weight

Sj6 + tram is far better than melodoin + tram. It's literally infinite running for 180 seconds. You gain more stamina than you can burn. Which is why you should always use it lol. I run sj6 +tram +sj12 at the start of every big map raid. You can run from crane to tunnel on shoreline and still have full stamina and lost almost no food lol. Also the easiest way to get injectors case for free is chemical part 4 to therapist lol. Super early quest lol. Had mine first week of wipe.

I wouldnt combo those I would use one or the other theyre in the same category so you will get diminishing returns, additionally you should never turn chemical part 4 to therapist

The fact that it's not in the video hurt alil. Because it's the only combo that gives infinite sprint lol. And as for chemical part 4, unless ammo cases are 600k you should definitely turn it into therapist. Because they are 350k now and injector cases are 800-900k so yes definitely turn it into therapist 😂😂

found a 2nd case vaulting into abandoned factory marked so now im running one full of propital :) in past wipes, if you popped a meldonin at 31 end or 41 str, it would give you elite and you **wouldn't gain any xp from running**, is this still a thing? is it time to get off the meldonins when you hit those skill thresholds?

I think you at least need to mention that when you pop an Obdolbos 2, you need to get out of raid asap. It slowly kills you for 1800s while propitol on its own is only counteracting that for a a short time.
