Tidal River Bass Fishing (Chickahominy/James) Swim Jig & More!!!

Tidal river bass fishing on the Chickahominy River in Virginia is incredible. Not only is the bass fishing great, but the scenery is amazing. Tidal river bass fishing can be tricky, but when the tide is moving, the feeding frenzy can make up for any down time. A Finch Nasty Bait Co. 1/4 oz. U-Jig swim jig with a Strike King Rage Craw trailer did most of the damage on some chunky tidal river bass.

This vid brings back great memories. My dad and I would go fishing in the Chick every weekend when I was a kid. Smash those lillys with frogs in the morning, then cruise for the boils and slay the gar in the after noon and hit the cypress trees in the evenings. That place is awesome. keep up the great videos and if you ever decide to fish Lake Fredrick again you need to hit it when the bass are spawning, it can be EPIC.

hey youtubefishingvids can you give some advice on what to throw when its 103 degrees. because i fished in lubbock tx and i fished in a creek. i seen some 2 pounders and i tried to throw a yum crawdad in a texas rig. the fish saw it and followed it but didnt hit then it disappeaed in the dark part of the water i through a dropshot, spinner bait,texas rig, etc. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME TO CATCH SOME. i also through a jig and i felt like a couple of thumps but nothing.
